How We Work
1. The Brief
Before anything happens, it is important that we invite each of our prospective Clients to join us for a coffee and chat in either our modern meeting area or in our relaxed show room. This is where we engage and brainstorm so that we understand the requirements, which enables our design team to start their concepts.
2. The Design
The detail is in the design.
Our in-house design team will collate your ideas, and with their extensive knowledge and experience, prepare the best bespoke proposal for you. We produce 3D model designs to give you a real feel for the space. This is where the concept really starts to become exciting.
We offer either face-to-face appointments at our premises in Surrey or we can present the design proposal virtually via a Zoom Meeting. Whichever option you prefer, we can accommodate.
3. The Installation
Friendly, professional, and proactive.
After the designs have been agreed and approved, your dedicated project manager will oversee the installation.
Our team of electrical engineers and AV technicians will work efficiently to ensure the projects run smoothly, on budget and on time.
4. The Handover
When your project is complete, Electec ensures that you are delighted with the installation and provide you with a full demonstration of the system within the property. Our comprehensive Operating and Maintenance Manuals, provided at handover, contain all the information you need to operate the systems we have installed.
Electec also offers a maintenance care plan for your AV home automation system, to give you peace of mind that your home is always performing as it should be.
