Project: 7,000sq ft New Build property located in Beaconsfield.
Scope: Full electrical and AV design and installation
During the Spring of 2018 Electec concluded the Electrical and Audio Visual installations at this stunning six bedroom property located in the heart of Beaconsfield.
The installations within the 7,000sq ft home included Lutron HomeWorks lighting system and full Control4 automation system to access the Audio Visual, Security, Gate Access, CCTV and Heating.
This project is a great example of how having one contractor to coordinate the Electrical and Audio Visual installations works seamlessly and provided the Developer with the assurance that no element of the design and installation gets overlooked.
