With modern and minimalist interior design, this new build property boasts fully controlled lighting, heating, air-con and audio-visual systems managed by the impressively high- tech Crestron OS3 system.
Electec played a key role in implementing the system, whilst undertaking a complete electrical fit-out of this attractive refurbishment and extension of the existing building.
Part of this included the installation of bespoke lighting by Xavio Design of Mayfair.
A crucial component of the build’s new car showroom, quality lighting means the space is guaranteed to garner the envy of visiting vehicle fanatics.
