Project: 10,000sq ft New Build property in Beaconsfield
Scope: Full electrical, AV & Solar design & installation
A stunning 10,000sq ft six bedroom new build in Beaconsfield, completed in 2019.
Electec undertook the full Electrical fit- out together with the Audio Visual and Solar PV installation of this prime property.
The Audio Visual installation included Lutron HomeWorks lighting and Control4 to manage the media, security alarm, CCTV, heating and gate access.
For this build, the Client requested Electro Magnetic Field mitigation measures be considered within the property.
Electec specified and installed shielded cables throughout the property and Mu- Metal tape was applied to all the cables to reduce low and high frequency.
The project is a great example of the benefits of using one company to complete all the elements of the electrical, Audio Visual and the Solar PV installations.
