Project: 7,300sq ft New Build property located in Reigate, Surrey.
Scope: Full electrical, AV design and installation, plus solar PV system.
Electec undertook the full Electrical, Audio Visual and Solar installations including installing a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery.
As well as the full electrical installation Rako Lighting system, was specified to key rooms to control multiple circuits of lighting. Adding Buster and Punch traditional lighting switches to control the lighting system. Motorised window treatment were installed to the master bedroom, home cinema and lounge.

Electec designed and installed a 10.7kWp solar PV system on the swimming pool roof to provide power not only for the house but for the Tesla Powerwall.
By using just one company to undertake the entire package the client has had the benefit of one lead electrician to project manage every element, which has meant lower costs compared to outsourcing each element to a different company, one point of contact and no crossed wires. This has meant a project that has run very smoothly from start to finish and is one that we are proud to have worked on.
